DESCRIPTION: In this FAMO Fascia Movement (formerly known as Slings) class we train the fascia (connective tissue) of the body in an active manner. It's a combination of yoga, pilates and myofascial release. In these classes we use soft massage balls. This online class at my studio will be recorded. You can join the class live online or at a later moment via recording.
