These sessions will focus on the art of teaching and specific teaching skills associated with the Level 1 syllabus of Iyengar Yoga teacher certification. The Level 1 group is appropriate for those who are not yet a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT). Drop-ins welcome.
