Whether you're new to yoga or are out of practice or want to review the basics, join Marla in person for a beginning level class. The studio does not have any yoga props so please bring your mat and props. The non profit organization, Iyengar Yoga Therapeutics will be selling gently used yoga blankets, foam blocks, mats and belts before class. If you're interested in placing an order, please contact info@iyengaryogatherapeutics.com. If you don't have any props, come anyway.
