For those who are interested in becoming a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT), these sessions focus on the art of teaching the Level 1 syllabus of Iyengar Yoga teacher certification. Some of the teaching skills covered are: sequencing, demonstration, instructions, observation and correction, classroom dynamics, and asana actions and modifications. Drop-ins welcome. Recordings are provided for all registered participants.
