This new course "The Art of Changing your Mind" course will focus on neural plasticity - how a commitment to change how you feel can, over time, quite literally change your minds.

The brain is not developed genetically, it is being developed in relationship to the environment and shaped by our experiences. The majority of our brain & brain circuits are not formed until the age of 7. They said you know the adult you are going to become by looking at the child before the age of 7 :-)

Some parts of the brain like the prefrontal cortex responsible for controlling your impulses and self-regulation is not fully matured until the age of 25 (that’s why teenagers tend to be more impulsive). While your brain work in progress is being shaped by the external circumstances

All the thought patterns, belief systems and coping mechanisms you developed as a child get stored in the subconscious mind.

As an adult every time something happens which resembles a past situation and you become overwhelmed and triggered you use the same coping mechanisms and react exactly in the same way you reacted as a child , you get into the child state .

The good news Is that your brain is like “muscle” you can retrain :-) and you can change your brain as an adult , it’s called Neuroplasticity but it requires awareness and commitment to change how we feel.

In this course, we will use posture, breath-work and meditation to rewire your brain and establish new neurological pathways so that you can establish permanent positive change and transformation in your life.
All the sessions are recorded so you can catch up at your convenience or practise as often you like. In addition, you are invited to take a daily meditation for 40 days. Repetition reinforces neural pathways, hacks our primitive brain, and creates a new way of being.
