This is the time of the year when everybody sets up the new year resolutions but how long do they last?
We want to create new healthier habits, stop addictive behaviours, achieve goals and dreams but within a few weeks we find ourselves dropping most of them and returning to our old behavioural patterns
The power of intention to create change can not be understimated. However if you want to create transformation, setting up the intentions is not enough, you need to be able to embody those intentions, you need to feel the emotion of achieving that intention, you need to experience the future in the present moment. When you embody the intentions, your body becomes your subconscious mind and starts telling your brain what to do. That's how you create a new habit, it is like brushing your teeth, you don't need to think about it, you just do it.
When you feel what you think and you think what you feel, you achieve brain and heart coherence , your heart becomes like a magnet and you start tapping into all the unmaterialised potential realities of the quantum field
However achieving long lasting change i.e. transformation, requires commitment, repetition and
a regulated nervous system to create new neurological pathways
In this course, we will use posture, breath-work and meditation to establish new neurological pathways and brain heart coherence so that you can establish permanent positive change and transformation in your life.
All the sessions are recorded so you can catch up at your convenience or practise as often you like.
In addition to the weekly sessions, you are invited to take a daily meditation for 40 days.
Repetition reinforces neural pathways, hacks our primitive brain, and creates a new way of being.
