DESCRIPTION: Join us for an evening of yoga practiced outdoors as golden hour fades into moonlight. Each gathering is an invitation to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with the natural rhythms around us.

Practicing under the open sky offers a different kind of awareness - one that feels spacious, grounded, and connected to something larger than the pace of everyday life. Expect a gentle-to-moderate flow, with time to settle, breathe, and fully arrive in the moment.

Classes meet at the Grady Pavillion in Lytle Park at 7:30 PM on:
Monday, June 29th • Wednesday, July 29th • Friday, August 28th. $15 Drop-in or $35 for all 3 sessions.

Bring a mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors. All are welcome.
