DESCRIPTION: Part one is foundational asanas with slow, detailed instructions. The second part is the foundations of inversions from A to Z. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection. All levels are welcome.

We supply mats and props.
