This is a hybrid session—join us either in person at the popup studio or online.
For online participation, please use your Online Inside Flow class pass.
For in-person attendance, please use your regular class pass.

The Concept
Start your Saturday with movement that feels good and energy that lasts.
We begin with an Inside Flow yoga class (10:30–11:30), designed to get you out of your head and into your body—music, breath, and flow coming together in one continuous experience.

After class, we head out for brunch at a selected spot in Luxembourg.

This is more than just a class. It’s a monthly meet-up to connect with people who share your vibe—whether you’re coming solo or with friends. Stay, chat, laugh, and actually get to know the community beyond the mat.

Brunch suggestions are always welcome—I’ll take care of the bookings.
Just show up, move, and join if you feel like it.
