Our Mother's Day Restorative Yoga & Reiki infusion is the ultimate retreat for the body and soul. Melt into long-held, supported poses while receiving the healing vibrations of Reiki energy to soothe the nervous system. This session will also include moments of sound healing with crystal bowls, handpan melodies, and chimes, woven between long moments of restorative silence.
