New class: Beginners Yoga

I have created this class for all of you who are keen to start or restart yoga but haven't found the right class on the timetable... yet.
If you've tried All Levels Vinyasa classes but found the pace challenging, if you've contacted me about starting with an old injury you're nervous about, or if you're worried about your age, fitness level or confidence this is the one for you!
Each class will look at some of the main components of the physical yoga practice: breathing, yoga poses, simple transitions from one pose to another. I will also introduce some of the key lessons we can take from yoga philosophy and include simple meditation techniques to finish each session.
