DESCRIPTION: Join us for another Yogalates class on the beautiful patio at The Central House Lavapies. This is a hybrid yoga & pilates class led by Tori & Karina. We will do exercises to strengthen, tone, and stretch your whole body! We will also be incorporating some relaxation and breathing techniques to calm your mind. Come join us for an amazing class!
Plan to bring a yoga mat, some sunscreen and layered clothing as we will be outside.
Meeting time is 10.15h, class will start promptly at 10.30h.
