DESCRIPTION: We will start off the session with some barre exercises led by Matea, designed to help you gain lean, tone muscles and feel like an elegant bailarina. 
After we will transition into a Pilates abs workout led by Karina, leaving you feeling strong, confident and empowered. 
Tori will close the session, guiding us in a relaxing yoga flow and final meditation to bring balance to your body and mind. 
After the class we will enjoy some social time together, decorating Christmas cookies and enjoying a warm beverage on the sunny rooftop of The Central House Lavapies.
