DESCRIPTION: Join us for  the first event in the Summer Series: Full Moon Yoga. We'll meet at 8pm to walk up Bray Head. At the top we'll practice our Full Moon Salutations as we look back across the harbour to Greystones. After our practice we'll gather for a picnic of delicious treats baked by Hayley. Then for those who want a little extra full moon magic, we'll head back to Greystones South Beach together to watch the moon rise as we sit by the fire. 

You'll need to bring a yoga mat and wear some comfortable clothes suitable for a bit of a hike and your practice. A couple of layers and a rain jacket is a good idea too. Snacks will be supplied but if you'd like a hot drink or some water, please bring this along with you. Namaste
