DESCRIPTION: Join us for a later summer (or early Autumn!) gathering at the beautiful Glendalough. We'll meet at 10am for a mid morning stroll through the trees. Once gathered we'll practice a lovely earthy, grounding yoga flow beside the lake. 

After our practice we'll have a picnic of delicious treats baked by Hayley under the canopy of trees. 

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes suitable for walking and for your practice. Treats will be provided but please be sure to bring a drink for yourself. A rain jacket and some layers are a good idea too. Oh and don't forget your yoga mat! Namaste.
