DESCRIPTION: Join us for this end of weekend, Sunday Slow Down Summer Series Special. We'll hike up stunning Bray Head, take in the view before we practice our slow, gentle, meditative yoga, perfect for releasing the weekend and getting ready for the week ahead. After our practice we'll enjoy a picnic of Hayley's yummy treats.

You'll need to bring a yoga mat and either a bottle of water or a hot drink or both. Please be sure to wear lots of layers as it might  be chilly up there and a rain jacket is a must as well as decent shoes for walking.
