DESCRIPTION: Come and join us for the last evening yoga class of Summer 2021. All proceeds from the class will be donated to the following charities: Women for Women International and Nowzad, both organisations doing incredible things for those affected by what's going on in Afghanistan at the moment. 

The class will be 45 minutes open level, suitable for all, regardless of previous experience. 

All you need is a yoga mat, bottle of water, warm heart and open mind. Namaste
