DESCRIPTION: Join us at The Cove for this beautiful, nourishing movement and sound session right beside the sea. 
The yoga will be slow and gentle, suitable for all. Following our physical practice, Lynn will take us on a journey of sound using the gongs  - these healing sounds will allow us to drop down in a deep meditative state, allowing a sense of expanded awareness and wholenes....bliss. 
The morning will be topped off by a sea swim (optional) and some cake and chats. Hope to see you there. Namaste
