DESCRIPTION: Join us on the beach for yoga, followed my a Wim Hof breathing experience and a plunge in an ice bath! This will be a unique experience like no other. Tapping into the wisdom & strength of our bodies through movement & breath work. Mary will then guide us through immersion in an ice bath, bringing together all the work we’ve done in the morning to allow ourselves to feel the fear & do it anyway! We’ll finish the morning with a hot drink, some baked treats and a chat. What’s not to love?!? 100% of the proceeds are going to The Gavin Glynn Foundation.
