DESCRIPTION: Join us on the autumn adventure in Glendalough. A morning of mediation, hiking (very gentle, suitable for all), yoga, swim in the lake (optional) and a picnic under the trees in this beautiful, ancient landscape. 

We'll meet at 9.50am and we aim to be finished at 12.30pm. Not suitable for anyone pregnant. You will need a yoga mat, walking shoes, bottle of water, rain jacket (just in case) and swimming gear if you plan to dip.
