DESCRIPTION: Jonnie & I will be hosting another day of adventure and connection to nature in a beautiful private forest near Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow, on Sunday 08 September from 10.15am - 3.15pm. The day will include the following: 

- 2 x yoga practices including Yin/Yang fusion and Hatha Flow 
- 2 x guided meditations helping to connect with the elements of the forest 
- A session in a wood fired sauna and cold water plunge/swim in the river
- A two course vegetarian lunch with tea, coffees and herbals teas available throughout the day along with delicious homemade treats 
- Access to this amazing forest with beautiful trails throughout. 


For those of you who joined us back in Oct 2021 you'll know what an amazing spot this is and for those of you who haven't been to the forest with us before you're in for a treat! Expect open fires, nourishing practices, delicious food, excellent company with like minded souls and a decent dollop of adventure! It's a fully outdoor event under a canopy of trees, giving you an opportunity to switch off completely and allow the nervous system to down regulate properly.
