DESCRIPTION: Join us at the incredibly unique venue, Gorse Hill Retreat Centre, for a full day yoga retreat. As this is the taking place at the end of Spring/beginning of Summer, we'll work to balance both the Yin & Yang energies within to leave you feeling balanced and harmonised, ready to embrace the longer days of Summer. The day will include yoga, meditation, breathwork, relaxation, delicious food & snacks, a private sauna and all round good craic. Only exception to booking is pregnancy.
