DESCRIPTION: Join us at the incredibly unique venue, Gorse Hill Retreat Centre, for a full day yoga retreat. As this is the taking place at the beginning of Summer, jut before the Solstice,  the focus will be on REPLENISHMENT the body & mind. We'll work to balance both the energies within to leave you feeling balanced and harmonised, ready to embrace the longer days of Summer. The day will include yoga, meditation, breathwork, relaxation, delicious food & snacks, a private sauna and all round good craic. Only exception to booking is pregnancy.
