DESCRIPTION: Join us for a day like no other at the beautiful Gorse Hill. The full day retreat will be a welcome reset before the busyness of the Christmas season begins. Take this opportunity to focus on yourself, recharge the batteries and find out what you want as you  move towards the darkest part of the year. This full day retreat will include a morning Hatha practise centred around honouring our own inner light, meditation and breathwork, a delicious lunch of homemade food & treats beside the log burning stove, an afternoon of relaxation, deeply restful restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Booking deposit of €50 now secures your spot with the remaining €65 due on or before 29 October. Only exclusion is pregnant mamas.
