Come and join us for an engergising, grounding early morning practice. This is an opportunity to open the body as well as the mind for the day ahead, making time for yourself and setting your intention before you day begins.

The class is open level and everyone is encouraged to take it at their own pace. I will offer lots of options and variations so everyone can tune into their own bodies and get what they need from their practice.

All you need is a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Hope to see you there. Namaste.


PLEASE NOTE: In line with current Government guidelines, there is a requirement to wear a mask when coming to class. This can be removed as soon as you are on your mat and kept off for the duration of the class. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask of course that's absolutely fine too.

Please use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the class.

And finally, if you have experienced any symptoms in the past two weeks, please refrain from coming to the studio in the interests of everyone's safety.
