Come and join us for a releasing, grounding evening practice. This is an opportunity to open the body as well as the mind and let go of the tension of the day, taking some time for yourself to move the body and replenish the mind.

The class is open level and everyone is encouraged to take it at their own pace. I will offer lots of options and variations so everyone can tune into their own bodies and get what they need from their practice.

All you need is a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Hope to see you there. Namaste.
