30 minutes of Gentle Therapeutic Yoga followed by 30 minutes of Guided Meditation and sound bath to finish. 60 minute class. This class is suitable for everyone, including those with limited mobility.

An intermediate level class that allows students to find a deep stretch in their practice. This class is filled with hip and heart openers, deep stretches and ends with relaxation and a sound bath. This class is suitable for those with an existing practice.

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to add a calmer practice to their exercise routine. This 60 minute class will offer deep stretches, some gentle sequenced postures allowing time to really get into the stretch whilst building some heat/energy within the body. Ending with a blissful relaxation & sound bath that will send you off feeling refreshed for the rest of your day. This class is suitable for beginners as variations of each posture will be given.
