DESCRIPTION: Our outdoor session will run from 6/1 to 8/31. From 6/1 to 7/28, this class will take place on the Vassar Alumnae Lawn, across the street from the Tennis Courts on Raymond Avenue. 

Yoga is so much more than just stretching and exercising. Being a Teenager isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be. From moral issues, social media challenges, to peer pressure and much more, teens face the same challenges as we do. When given the proper tools, our teens learn to deal with every day life challenges in a whole new way! This results in better focus, concentration and better judgment
