Family Yoga gives caregivers, children and siblings the opportunity for a healthy interaction in a class that will include appropriate poses for all ages, breathing exercises, partner poses and relaxation. Prepare to laugh a lot, explore fun shapes with your kids and increase family bonds. This workshop is appropriate for ages 5 and up. Preregistration is required. $40 per family of 3, $5 each additional person
