DESCRIPTION: If you're looking for something different to do with your homeschooled children, bring them to our yoga class! This class will focus on movement, teamwork and fun. Students will get the opportunity to meet kids their age, move their bodies in a mindful way, and develop skills that will help them wherever they go.

This class will run as a 6 week series beginning 2/7 and ending 3/14. This class is appropriate for ages 5 and up
