DESCRIPTION: Family Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for family members to unplug and connect in a fun way! This class includes time to slow down together and reconnect with the importance of the breath (prana). We’ll explore fun poses and games through partner and group activities! These classes are designed for parents, caregivers, children, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents to come together in an exciting way that promotes movement and mindfulness.
This class is designed for families with children ages 5-12 years. All children must be accompanied by a guardian.

Cost: $40 per pair or $50 up to 4 people
