DESCRIPTION: Join Miss Alyssa for a yoga class for caregivers and their little ones! A new book will be featured each class, along with a corresponding yoga practice and maybe even a craft or two! This will be a great opportunity to bond with your littles while engaging your mind, body, spirit & inner child :)

This class will take place the 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month (alternating with baby yoga the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month)
