DESCRIPTION: Yoga for Tweens &amp;amp; Teens is so much more than exercise. From shyness to independence to finding their voices, they are faced with challenges every day. In this series, we’ll explore how to build confidence and self esteem with age appropriate yoga asanas (poses), games and breath work. 
Yoga gives us tools to help focus, slow down and balance the good with the bad in a healthy way

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 13 weeks. There will be no class on 10/31 (Happy Halloween!). Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.
