DESCRIPTION: Yoga for Tweens & Teens is a fun and empowering adventure! It’s more than just exercise—it’s a journey to discovering confidence, independence, and their unique voices. Each session is packed with cool yoga poses, exciting games, and calming breathwork, all designed to help them tackle daily challenges with a smile. They’ll learn to focus, slow down, and balance life’s ups and downs in a healthy, positive way.

Classes will take place on Tuesday’s beginning 7/9 and ending 8/20. In the event of rain, we'll be in the studio
