Each session is packed with cool yoga poses, exciting games, and calming breathwork, all designed to help them tackle daily challenges with a smile. They’ll learn to focus, slow down, and balance life’s ups and downs in a healthy, positive way.

Classes will take place on Tuesday’s beginning 7/9 and ending 8/20. In the event of rain, we'll be in the studio
