DESCRIPTION: In this engaging yoga class, yogis will discover new pathways to their creativity, exercising our bodies, minds and hearts. Classes will focus on using the principles we learn from yoga and mindfulness to play and create something new. We will work with both our hands and our minds, from making traditional arts and crafts to designing new games and activities. 

The Fall Series will begin on 9/15 and end on 12/15 with a built in make up class. There will not be class Thanksgiving Weekend, 12/1
