DESCRIPTION: In this fun and empowering drop off class, children will explore yoga through movement, mindfulness, and creativity. Each class combines active yoga flows, breathwork, partner poses, games, and relaxation to help kids build strength, flexibility, focus, and confidence. This class encourages self-expression, teamwork, and resilience, all in a supportive and playful environment. 

This class will begin 9/13 and end 12/6. There is no class 11/29
