DESCRIPTION: In the drop off class, we will combine playful yoga poses, breathwork, and interactive games to help kids grow their bodies, minds, and imaginations. Children will learn mindfulness, cooperation, and problem-solving—all while having fun and moving in new ways. This is a great class for siblings to practice, play and grow together.
