DESCRIPTION: During this time, our classes will be held online. You will receive a link upon registration. You may use your class card or pay $12 per household. They will be interactive where we can see your kids and you kids can see everyone in our class! 

This will be the new normal for now but we, as a community, will get through this together. Now, more than ever, our kids need to learn how to ease anxiety, learn coping mechanisms and ways to control what goes on INSIDE because the reality of life, is we cannot control what goes on outside. 

Join us as we stretch and strengthen through a series of yoga poses, flow from traditional sequences to fun partner poses, then finish with relaxation and guided imagery. This class is appropriate for ages 2 and up and great for siblings!
