DESCRIPTION: In the studio, we have a beautiful banner hanging. Without a doubt someone always asks what this banner is and I always tell them it's the Chakras. Now we have a chance to explore them in detail! There are Seven Chakras that run from the base of our spine up to the crown of our head. Each one is associated with physical, mental and emotional health. Each week we will explore a Chakra, complete an activity and do yoga poses and guided visualizations to correspond with that specific chakra.
