DESCRIPTION: Join Miss Alicia for a week long camp themed for 4 and 5 year olds. Each day, Yogis will make crafts, move their bodies, play games, learn mindfulness and self soothing techniques and healthy peer interaction. Miss Alicia is not only a Kids Yoga Teacher but she's also a Kindergarten Teacher! We are so happy to have her leading this camp to prepare our Young Yogis for this next milestone!
