General terms of Mindful Yoga With Liz
Kids, Family & Adult Yoga Classes:
The studio is open and available for drop off 5-10 minutes prior to classes beginning. MYL may cancel classes due to weather, sickness or personal emergency. MYL will inform students of any cancellations with as much notice as possible. Students are invited to make up any classes that are cancelled by MYL. Once you have registered for a class it means that we have reserved the time in our schedule for you. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your class, we will offer you a make up class to your account but do not offer refunds. These make ups must be used during the same session the class was missed. It is your responsibility to make up a missed class. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a credit. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Class Cards:
Class cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. All Class Cards have expiration dates. Please notate the expiration date upon purchasing. Class cards will not be extended. Schedule is subject to change. MYL reserves the right to combine, cancel classes and/or modify teachers.
Birthday Parties:
Mindful Yoga With Liz will provide a contract specific to your party. Contract provided must be signed upon booking your party, along with a 50% non refundable deposit. The remainder is due the day of the party and prior to the party start time.
Yoga Camps:
Preregistration is required for all camps. If a written request is provided six weeks prior to the start of training, a refund will be provided, minus the cost of materials, a registration fee ($55/day and $105/week camps) and any applicable credit card fees. No refunds will be provided after six weeks prior to the start of camp.
Teacher Trainings:
If a written requests is provided six weeks prior to the start of training, a refund will be provided, minus the cost of materials, a $250 registration fee and any applicable credit card fees.

Private class packages are required to be paid up front. Once you have registered for a class it means that we have reserved the time in our schedule for you.
