This yin-based class will feature deep stretching to relax the body and calm the mind, ready for the new week. 
Roll out your mat and add anything to make your practice extra cosy - blankets, candles, pillows and a hot drink! 
The class is free to attend, we just ask for a donation to be made directly to Lucky's Legacy Rescue in exchange for your attendance.
