As a Valentine's treat, indulge in some self-love with a beautifully relaxing Yin class, filled with heart openers. 
The perfect way to counteract the sitting-over-a-laptop pose so many of us now contend with, strengthening the muscles at the front of the body and opening up the heart/chest area can help aid relaxation and improve oxygen flow into the body.
It's also a love excuse just to take some time for you! 
Blankets and pillows will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
