DESCRIPTION: Mandala Vinyasa: Elemental Flow

A strong, dynamic, 360-degree practice rooted in the official methodology of Dulce Mandala. Moving continuously around all four corners of the mat, this practice is breath-led, physically demanding, and highly structural.

Each class focuses on a specific element (Earth, Water, Fire, or Air) to target specific areas of the body. We begin and end with deep, floor-based Yin postures to target the connective tissues, while the peak of the class is a rigorous, heat-building Vinyasa flow. Expect to work hard, move continuously, and regulate your nervous system.

Earth Element (Hamstrings & Grounding):
Focuses on deep forward folds, grounding postures, and building structural strength and flexibility through the hamstrings and the back line of the body.

Water Element (Hips & Fluidity):
Focuses heavily on opening the hips, groin, and pelvis. Expect fluid, continuous movement and deep structural release in the lower body.

Fire Element (Core & Twists):
A highly active, heat-building Mandala Vinyasa: Elemental Flow
