I discovered functional yoga 5 years ago which awakened a fire of passion for the practice, so I learned to teach. My favourite thing is to share my love for yoga using the knowledge and skills I have gained from my teacher and my own experience. I believe that the teacher/student relationship is fluid, collaborative and dynamic. I am always learning. My aim is to guide my students to have a deeper connection with their bodies, minds and souls. I teach pure yin, yang/yin and yang yoga classes.
Description
We will use this time to move our bodies mindfully and functionally in order to stretch, strengthen and revitalise our tissues. Mentally and emotionally we will reconnect with ourselves and become grounded in the present moment
