I discovered functional yoga 5 years ago which awakened a fire of passion for the practice, so I learned to teach.

My favourite thing is to share my love for yoga using the knowledge and skills I have gained from my teacher and my own experience.

I believe that the teacher/student relationship is fluid, collaborative and dynamic.

I am always learning. My aim is to guide my students to have a deeper connection with their bodies, minds and souls. I teach pure yin, yang/yin and yang yoga classes.
