Every class has its unique flow of stretch, power, balance and a general variety of Yoga Poses (Asanas), joints loosening exercises, asanas (physical postures) and ending with Deep Relaxation in Savasana (resting pose).



Alba did her HotYoga Teacher Training Course with HotYoga Malta, she is a 200 RYS (registered yoga instructor) 🧘🏻‍♀️
