Stephanie Attard is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a passion for yoga, health, and wellness. Her journey began in 2019 with Ashtanga, leading her to a dedicated vinyasa practice. With a background in fitness since age 15 and experience teaching aerobics, Stephanie also brings her expertise as a Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She is committed to sharing her passion for yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork with her community and beyond.
