A structured and progressive introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Series, designed to build strength, flexibility, and awareness through consistent practice.

This class follows a methodical approach where each student receives attentive guidance, with a focus on alignment, breath, and safe transitions between postures. The repetition of the sequence allows you to deepen your understanding over time, creating both physical resilience and mental clarity.

Led by Valérie, the practice encourages you to move with intention, challenge yourself at your own pace, and develop a steady, grounded rhythm.

Open to all levels — from beginners looking to build a strong foundation to experienced practitioners refining their practice.

About Valérie
Valérie started her Yoga journey in Paris in 2012 under the guidance of Amanda Dates. Moved then to Malaysia in 2014 where She completed a 450 H Teacher Training Course in Hatha Yoga.
She then started teaching in various studios in Kuala Lumpur for 6 years while continuing practicing Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.
While still living in Asia She travelled to Mysore, India to consolidate her Ashtanga practice and further her understanding in Yoga Anatomy and Philosophy.
In 2020 She moved to Malta where She is on a continuing mission of personal study and, aspiring to create a community of Ashtanga students.
